About Xueling
Xueling managed her first carveout sale as a consultant in 2009 before being invited to join her client's retained business to manage their retained business's regional change portfolio and confidential rightshoring initiatives from their COO office, which would lead to the exit of ~40% of their workforce over 3 years.
She has been in the COO and CEO office and heading up Transformation teams ever since, setting the pace, assuring portfolio delivery, and directly managing high stakes programmes which impact the total workforce. The latter often weighed heavily on managers who relied more on contingent workforce as they fell through the cracks of employee communications.
Through working directly with the C-suite as they refreshed their strategy and operating model change, redesigning operations and jobs, Xueling noticed:
